Deine Rolle
Du wirst Teil des Webinar-Teams und begleitest unsere Formate end-to-end: von der Vorbereitung über die Moderation bis zur Nachbereitung. Du hast Freude am Auftreten vor Publikum (de/en), behältst im Live-Setting die Ruhe – und bringst dich gleichzeitig in der Postproduktion ein.
Deine Aufgaben
Moderation von Webinaren: Begrüßung, Intro, Übergaben, Q&A, Timekeeping; du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
Postproduktion: Grobschnitt & Export der Aufzeichnungen (z. B. für On-Demand, Social Snippets) mit Zoom/QuickTime; einfache Thumbs/Overlays in Canva.
Nachbereitung & Kommunikation: Dankes-Mails, kurze Recaps/Highlights, Unterstützung bei Reports (Airtable/Sheets).
Orga & Technik: Checks von Ton/Kamera/Slides, Speaker-Briefings, Links & Ablaufpläne pflegen.

Eingeschriebene:r Student:in (Medien, Kommunikation, Journalismus, BWL/Tech o. ä.).
Sicheres, sympathisches Auftreten vor Publikum/Kamera – Deutsch & Englisch.
Technisches Grundverständnis und Neugier für Tools (Zoom, Airtable, Canva; Bonus: Schnitt-Basics).
Sorgfältige, eigenständige Arbeitsweise, starke Kommunikation.
Bonus: erste Erfahrung mit Webinaren, Videoschnitt oder On-Air-Moderation.
