Du wirst Teil unseres 3-köpfigen Data-Teams und arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Daten, Tools und Prozessen.
Dein Fokus liegt auf der Automatisierung repetitiver Aufgaben, der Optimierung bestehender Workflows und der Umsetzung neuer KI-basierter Lösungen.

Deine Aufgaben
Prozessautomatisierung: Workflows bauen & optimieren (mit Tools wie n8n, Make oder Zapier)
Datenintegration: Tools & Systeme verknüpfen (z. B. Airtable, HubSpot, Google Workspace, APIs)
KI-Integration: KI-gestützte Lösungen zur Content-Erstellung, Datenanalyse oder Prozessoptimierung testen & implementieren
Datenaufbereitung: Daten transformieren, bereinigen & strukturieren für operative Teams
Tool-Evaluierung: Neue KI- & Automation-Tools recherchieren, testen & dokumentieren
Dokumentation: Prozesse & Automationen sauber dokumentieren (für Transparenz & Skalierbarkeit)
Dein Profil
Must-haves
Aktuelles Studium (Bachelor oder Master) mit Schwerpunkt auf Daten, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, BWL mit Analytics-Fokus oder vergleichbar
Eigene Projekte umgesetzt (Freelancing, Side Projects oder Hochschulprojekte mit Praxisbezug)
1–2 relevante Praktika (idealerweise im Startup-, Scaleup- oder VC-Umfeld)
Erfahrung mit:
Datenaufbereitung & -transformation (Excel, Python, SQL, Google Sheets)
Automation-Tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable Automations)
Datenbank-Tools (Airtable oder vergleichbar)
Motivation & Lernbereitschaft, sich schnell in neue Systeme einzuarbeiten
